A man may utter a word without giving it any thought, and it plunges him into the Fire of Hell. And a man may utter a word without giving it any thought, and by it Allah raises him high in Paradise.
مالك 1909SahihThe Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man may speak a word, seeing no harm in it, yet because of it he plunges into the Fire for a distance of seventy autumns." He said, this is a hasan gharib hadith from this chain of transmission.
