Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every Muslim owes it to himself to set aside one day in every seven on which he washes his head and his body."

Samura reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever performs ablution, that is sufficient and excellent, and whoever bathes, that is better."
