I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ being asked about touching the penis, and he said, "It does not require ablution. It is merely a part of you."
حدثنا علي بن محمد حدثنا وكيع حدثنا محمد بن جابر قال سمعت
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ سئل عن مس الذكر فقال ليس فيه وضوء إنما هو منك
[Sahih] Ahmad (4/23) and Abu Dawud (no. 183) reported it from the hadith of Muhammad bin Jabir, and he is very daif, but he was not alone in narrating it. Rather, the trustworthy Abdullah bin Badr followed him in narrating it, as found with Abu Dawud (no. 182) and others.
