[Hasan] Tabarani reported it, 4/140, no. 3928, from the hadith of Abdul-Salam by the same route, except that he said, "Abdul-Rahman bin Abdul-Qari," and this is perhaps the more correct version, as appears from Tahzib Kamal. Apart from this, it contains defects, one of them being Ibn Abu Farwa. See no. 345 regarding his condition, so the chain is very daif. The hadith has corroborating narrations, one of them being the preceding hadith (479).
