I was a man who experienced frequent prostatic discharge, and I kept performing the full bath until my back became cracked. I mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ, or it was mentioned to him, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not do that. When you notice prostatic discharge, wash your private part and perform ablution as you do for prayer. But when you ejaculate, then perform the full bath."

كنت رجلا مذاء فجعلت أغتسل حتى تشقق ظهري فذكرت ذلك للنبي ﷺ أو ذكر له فقال رسول الله ﷺ لا تفعل إذا رأيت المذي فاغسل ذكرك وتوضأ وضوءك للصلاة فإذا فضخت الماء فاغتسل
