I met a man from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ who had kept company with him just as Abu Hurairah had, and he added nothing for me beyond three statements. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man should not bathe with the water left over from his wife, nor should she bathe with his leftover water, nor should anyone urinate in the place where he bathes, nor should he comb his hair every day."

لقيت رجلا من أصحاب النبي ﷺ صحبه مثل ما صحبه أبو هريرة فما زادني على ثلاث كلمات قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يغتسل الرجل من فضل امرأته ولا تغتسل بفضله ولا يبول في مغتسله ولا يمتشط في كل يوم
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy and well-known, and Humayd al-Himyari is Ibn Abdul-Rahman al-Basri, the trustworthy jurist agreed upon by all, whose hadith is found in the collections of all the major compilers.The hadith was narrated by Abu Dawud, 1/8, no. 28, in the chapter on Purification, urinating in the bathing place, and by Nasai, 8/131, no. 5054, in the chapter on Adornment, trimming the mustache.
