Returning home at night

Anas bin Malik reported,

The Prophet ﷺ would not arrive at his family's home unannounced at night. He would only come in during the morning or the evening.

Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you returns home at night, he should not come upon his family unannounced."
