The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a man from coming to his family unannounced at night, suspecting them of betrayal or seeking out their faults.

نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن يطرق الرجل أهله ليلا أن يخونهم أو يلتمس عثراتهم
