Abdul-Rahman bin Yamar reported,

Some people from Najd came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was at Arafah and questioned him. He ordered an announcer to proclaim, "The Hajj is Arafah. Whoever arrives on the night of Jam before the break of dawn has caught the Hajj. The days of Mina are three. Whoever hurries to leave in two days has committed no sin, and whoever delays has committed no sin."Muhammad said that Yahya added, "He mounted a man behind him on his riding animal, and that man made the announcement."
