The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Perform ablution after eating anything touched by fire, even if it be a piece of dried cheese."Ibn Abbas said to him, "Abu Hurairah, are we to perform ablution after using oil? Are we to perform ablution after drinking hot water?"Abu Hurairah replied, "My nephew, when you hear a hadith from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, do not draw analogies against it."
