I brought a son of mine, who had not yet started eating solid food, to the Prophet ﷺ, and he urinated on him. The Prophet ﷺ called for water and sprinkled it over the spot.

دخلت بابن لي على النبي ﷺ لم يأكل الطعام فبال عليه فدعا بماء فرشه عليه
Agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim.
