The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever prays twelve units of voluntary prayer during a day and night will have a house built for him in Paradise. Four units before the noon prayer, two units after it, two units after the sunset prayer, two units after the night prayer, and two units before the dawn prayer."
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا مؤمل هو ابن إسمعيل حدثنا سفيان الثوري عن أبي إسحق عن المسيب بن رافع عن عنبسة بن أبي سفيان
قال رسول الله ﷺ من صلى في يوم وليلة ثنتي عشرة ركعة بني له بيت في الجنة أربعا قبل الظهر وركعتين بعدها وركعتين بعد المغرب وركعتين بعد العشاء وركعتين قبل صلاة الفجر
[Sahih]. Nasai also recorded it in 3/262, no. 1803, 1804 (Qiyam al-Layl, Chapter on the reward for one who prays twelve rakats in a day and night, etc.) through Abu Ishaq Sabi, and Ismail bin Abu Khalid corroborated him with Ibn Majah, no. 1141. Ibn Khuzayma graded the hadith sahih, no. 1189. Muslim also related it in the Book of the Prayer of Travelers, Chapter on the merit of the regular sunnah prayers before and after the obligatory prayers and their number, no. 728, through Anbasah.
