The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is steadfast in performing twelve rakats of the Sunnah prayers, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. Four rakats before Dhuhr, two rakats after it, two rakats after Maghrib, two rakats after Isha, and two rakats before Fajr."

قال رسول الله ﷺ من ثابر على ثنتي عشرة ركعة من السنة بنى الله له بيتا في الجنة أربع ركعات قبل الظهر وركعتين بعدها وركعتين بعد المغرب وركعتين بعد العشاء وركعتين قبل الفجر
Its isnad is hasan. Ibn Majah also narrated it in Establishing Prayers, the chapter on what has been said about twelve rakats from the sunnah, no. 1140, and Nasai, 3/261, no. 179a, from the hadith of Ishaq bin Sulayman through this route, and he graded it daif, but the correct view is the opposite.Mughira bin Ziyad was declared trustworthy by the majority, and the hadith has corroborating witnesses in Muslim and others.
