Abdullah bin Masud reported,
The Prophet ﷺ saw Jibreel having six hundred wings.

Sahihأخبرنا أحمد بن منيع حدثنا عباد بن العوام حدثنا الشيباني قال سألت زر بن حبيش عن قوله عز وجل {فكان قاب قوسين أو أدنى} فقال
أخبرني ابن مسعود
أن النبي ﷺ رأى جبريل وله ست مائة جناح

Agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith, chapter on the meaning of Allah's saying 
, "And he certainly saw him in another descent..." etc., hadith 174, from the hadith of Abbad, and Bukhari, hadith 3232, from the hadith of Shaybani, with the same wording.
