The Prophet ﷺ sent Abu Bakr with Surah Baraah, then he called him back and said, "It is not fitting for anyone to deliver this except a man from my household." So he called Ali and gave it to him.He said, this is a hasan gharib hadith from the narration of Anas bin Malik.
حدثنا بندار حدثنا عفان بن مسلم وعبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث قالا حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن سماك بن حرب
بعث النبي ﷺ ببراءة مع أبي بكر ثم دعاه فقال لا ينبغي لأحد أن يبلغ هذا إلا رجل من أهلي فدعا عليا فأعطاه إياها قال هذا حديث حسن غريب من حديث أنس بن مالك
Its isnad is hasan. Ahmad reported it in 3/212 from Affan and Abdul-Samad through it, and Hafiz [Ibn Hajar] graded it hasan in Fath al-Bari, 8/320, under hadith 4656. Hammad bin Salama's hearing from Simak was before his confusion set in, see Sahih Muslim (7/1821). It has a daif corroborating narration in Ahmad, 1/151.
