The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The right hand of the Most Merciful is full and overflowing, neither night nor day diminishes it." He said, "Have you considered all that He has spent since He created the heavens and the earth? Indeed, what is in His right hand has not been diminished. His Throne is upon the water, and in His other hand is the Scale, which He raises and lowers."
[Sahih] Agreed upon. Bukhari narrated it in the tafsir chapter, "And His throne was upon the water," no. 4684, and Muslim, no. 993, from the hadith of Abu Zinad, with this wording.
