The Prophet ﷺ would not sleep in his bed until he had recited Surah Bani Israil and Surah az-Zumar.
حدثنا صالح بن عبد الله حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن أبي لبابة قال
كان النبي ﷺ لا ينام على فراشه حتى يقرأ بني إسرائيل والزمر
Graded, its chain of transmission is hasan. Nasai also reported it 4/199, hadith 2349 (Fasting, chapter on the fasting of the Prophet ﷺ, may my father and mother be sacrificed for him, etc.), as did Ahmad 68/6 and Hakim 434/2, from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd with the same chain, and Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, hadith 1163.Abu Lubaba is Marwan Aqeeli Basri, and this is Bukhari's statement in Tarikh al-Kabir 372/7, entry 1593.
