It is mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever wears silk in this world will not wear it in the Hereafter."
حدثنا أحمد بن منيع حدثنا إسحق بن يوسف الأزرق حدثنا عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان حدثني مولى أسماء عن ابن عمر قال
يذكر أن النبي ﷺ قال من لبس الحرير في الدنيا لم يلبسه في الآخرة
Muslim also narrated it in the Book of Clothing and Adornment, chapter on the prohibition of wearing silk and the like for men, no. 2069, from the hadith of Abdul-Malik in the same manner. On this subject there are also narrations from Ali [Bukhari, no. 2614, and Muslim, no. 2071], Huzaifa [Bukhari, nos. 5426, 5432, and Muslim, no. 2067], and Anas [Muslim, no. 2071].
