The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not enter the bathhouse without a waist-wrapper. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not let his wife enter the bathhouse. And whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not sit at a table where wine is being passed around."
حدثنا القاسم بن دينار الكوفي حدثنا مصعب بن المقدام عن الحسن بن صالح عن ليث بن أبي سليم عن طاوس
أن النبي ﷺ قال من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يدخل الحمام بغير إزار ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يدخل حليلته الحمام ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يجلس على مائدة يدار عليها بالخمر
[hasan]Takhrij: Tabarani also narrated it in Al-Awsat, no. 592, from the hadith of Hasan bin Salih through the same chain. Nasai narrated it, 1/198, no. 401, through another route from Jabir through the same chain. Hakim graded it sahih according to the criterion of Muslim, 4/288, and Dhahabi agreed with him. The hadith has many corroborating narrations, among them the hadith that follows.
