Abdullah bin Zayd reported,

I saw the Prophet ﷺ rinse his mouth and sniff water into his nose from a single handful, doing so three times.

[Its chain of transmission is daif. Agreed upon by Bukhari, Wudu, chapter "He rinsed his mouth and sniffed water from a single scoop," no. 191, and Muslim, Purification, another chapter on the description of wudu, no. 235, from the hadith of Khalid, with this wording.There is also a report on this subject from Abdullah bin Abbas [Abu Dawud, no. 141], the version of Malik in Muwatta, 18/1, and the version of Sufyan bin Uyayna, which comes at no. 47.
