A man came to the Prophet ﷺ asking for a mount, but the Prophet did not have anything to provide him with, so he directed him to someone else, who then gave him a mount. The man returned to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him of this. The Prophet said, "The one who guides others to good is like the one who does it."
حدثنا نصر بن عبد الرحمن الكوفي حدثنا أحمد بن بشير عن شبيب بن بشر
أتى النبي ﷺ رجل يستحمله فلم يجد عنده ما يتحمله فدله على آخر فحمله فأتى النبي ﷺ فأخبره فقال إن الدال على الخير كفاعله

[Sahih] Its chain of transmission is hasan, and the hadith has many corroborating narrations, including the one that follows. Shabib bin Bishr is hasan al-hadith, see Tasheel al-Hajah, no. 2775.
