The Prophet ﷺ said, "What stands between disbelief and faith is abandoning the prayer." And he said, "What stands between a servant and shirk, or disbelief, is abandoning the prayer."
حدثنا هناد حدثنا أسباط بن محمد عن الأعمش بهذا الإسناد نحوه وقال بين العبد وبين الشرك أو الكفر ترك الصلاة
