The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Among the believers most complete in faith are those with the finest character and the kindest treatment of their families."
حدثنا أحمد بن منيع البغدادي حدثنا إسمعيل ابن علية حدثنا خالد الحذاء عن أبي قلابة
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن من أكمل المؤمنين إيمانا أحسنهم خلقا وألطفهم بأهله
Its chain of transmission is daif. Ahmad narrated it (2/47) from Ismail bin Ulaya, and Nasai in Kubra (hadith 9154) narrated it from the hadith of Khalid Haddan through the same route, but Abu Qilaba did not hear from Ayesha. The hadith has many corroborating narrations, apart from the phrase "and the most gentle of them," see hadith 1162 and 3895. On this topic there are also narrations from Abu Hurairah [mentioned earlier at 1162] and Anas bin Malik [mentioned earlier at 2593].As for the report of Ayub Sakhtiyani, I have not found it.
