"Shall I not pray for you the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" Then he prayed and did not raise his hands except at the very first time.
Its chain of transmission is daif. Abu Dawud recorded it in the Book of Prayer, chapter "On Whoever Did Not Mention Raising the Hands at the Ruku," hadith no. 748, from the hadith of Waki, from Sufyan Thawri, who used an ambiguous form of transmission (anana). Abu Dawud, Shafii, Ahmad, Abu Hatim, Daraqutni, Bukhari, and others graded the hadith daif, and whoever graded it sahih was mistaken. There is also a report on this subject from Bara bin Azib, in Abu Dawud, hadith nos. 749 and 752, where he said, "This hadith is not sahih."
