I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever is interrogated in the reckoning is doomed."I said, "Messenger of Allah, Allah Most High says, 'As for the one who is given his record in his right hand, he will be reckoned with an easy reckoning' [Inshiqaq 84:7–8]."He replied, "That is merely the presentation."
حدثنا سويد بن نصر أخبرنا ابن المبارك عن عثمان بن الأسود عن ابن أبي مليكة
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من نوقش الحساب هلك قلت يا رسول الله إن الله تعالى يقول {فأما من أوتي كتابه بيمينه فسوف يحاسب حسابا يسيرا} قال ذلك العرض
Source, agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Bukhari narrated it in the tafsir, chapter "So he will be judged with an easy account" [Inshiqaq 84:8], hadith no. 4939, and Muslim, hadith no. 2876, from the hadith of Uthman bin Aswad with this wording. The hadith of Ayub is also agreed upon.
