The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The poor among the emigrants will enter Paradise five hundred years before their wealthy."

قال رسول الله ﷺ فقراء المهاجرين يدخلون الجنة قبل أغنيائهم بخمس مائة سنة
[Sahih] Ibn Majah also recorded it in Zuhd, chapter on the status of the poor, no. 4123, from the hadith of Atiya Awfi, but its chain is daif because Atiya is daif and a mudallis who used ambiguous transmission wording ("an"). The hadith has corroborating narrations in Muslim, no. 979, and elsewhere.On this subject, there are also narrations from Abu Hurairah [to come, 2353], Abdullah bin Amr [Muslim, no. 2979/37], and Jabir [to come, 2355].
