[Daif]. Muhammad bin Qasim Asadi, they called him a liar (Taqrib), and Fadl bin Dilham was weak and accused of being a Mutazilite (also). The hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Ibn Majah, no. 2719, and elsewhere. Sulayman bin Jabir and his student are both unknown, as stated in Taqrib and elsewhere.
