The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not force your sick to eat, for Allah feeds them and gives them drink."
حدثنا أبو كريب حدثنا بكر بن يونس بن بكير عن موسى بن علي عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تكرهوا مرضاكم على الطعام فإن الله يطعمهم ويسقيهم
[Its isnad is daif]. Ibn Majah also related it in the book of Medicine, chapter "Do not force the sick to," no. 3444, through Bakr bin Yunus with similar wording. The hadith has daif corroborating reports in Hakim, 4/410, book of Food, hadith, and elsewhere, and Busiri graded it hasan.
