The Prophet ﷺ said, "Hold fast to this black seed, for in it is a cure for every disease except death itself."
حدثنا ابن أبي عمر وسعيد بن عبد الرحمن المخزومي قالا حدثنا سفيان عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة
أن النبي ﷺ قال عليكم بهذه الحبة السوداء فإن فيها شفاء من كل داء إلا السام والسام الموت
Agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Greetings, Chapter on Treatment with Black Seed, hadith no. 2215, from Muhammad bin Yahya bin Abu Umar. Bukhari narrated it, hadith no. 5688, from the hadith of Zuhri, with similar wording.On this same topic, it is also narrated from Burayda [Ahmad 5/346, 354], Ibn Umar [Ibn Majah, hadith no. 3448], and Ayesha [Ahmad 6/138].
