The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you is striking his servant and the servant invokes the name of Allah, lift your hands away from him."

Its isnad is very daif. Ibn Adi reported it in 5/1733 from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri, through this same route.Abu Harun Abdi is discarded, and some accused him of lying. He was a Shia (Taqrib).
