The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade having intercourse with captive women until they had given birth to whatever was in their wombs.
حدثنا محمد بن يحيى النيسابوري حدثنا أبو عاصم النبيل عن وهب بن خالد قال
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى أن توطأ السبايا حتى يضعن ما في بطونهن
[Hasan]. Ahmad narrated it (4/127) from Abu Asim through the same chain, and it was mentioned previously in fuller form under no. 1474. It has a corroborating witness in Abu Dawud, mentioned previously under no. 1131.There is also a report on this subject from Ruwayfi bin Thabit [Ahmad 4/108, 109, with its basic wording in Hadith 36, and its opening portion was mentioned previously under no. 1131].
