The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best sacrificial animal is the ram, and the best burial shroud is the two-piece garment."
حدثنا سلمة بن شبيب حدثنا أبو المغيرة عن عفير بن معدان عن سليم بن عامر
قال رسول الله ﷺ خير الأضحية الكبش وخير الكفن الحلة
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ibn Majah also narrated it in Adahi, chapter on what is preferred among sacrificial animals, no. 3130, from the hadith of Ufayr, by the same route, and it is daif.
