The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no faraa and no ateerah." The faraa was the firstborn of the livestock, which they used to slaughter for their idols.

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا فرع ولا عتيرة والفرع أول النتاج كان ينتج لهم فيذبحونه
Agreed upon. Muslim also reported it, Adahi, chapter on Fara and Atirah, no. 1976, from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq, and Bukhari, no. 5473, from the hadith of Maamar, from him.
