The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should eat from the meat of his sacrifice beyond three days."
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا الليث عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يأكل أحدكم من لحم أضحيته فوق ثلاثة أيام
Muslim also reported it in the Chapter on Sacrifices, in the section clarifying the prohibition on eating sacrificial meat after three days, etc, hadith 1970, from Qutayba, with the same wording.On this subject, there are also narrations from Ayesha [Muslim, hadith 1971, Bukhari, hadith 5570, and Tirmidhi, hadith 1511] and Anas [Bayhaqi, 4/77].
