Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "The slaughter of the fetus is accomplished through the slaughter of its mother."

Darussalam

[Sahih] Abu Dawud reported it, no. 2827, and Ibn Majah, no. 3199, from the hadith of Mujalid with this wording, and Yunus bin Abu Ishaq corroborated him. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1077. The hadith has other routes as well.There are also narrations on this subject from Jabir [Abu Dawud, no. 2828], Abu Umama [Tabarani in al-Kabir, 8/121, 122, no. 7498], Abu Darda [Tabarani in al-Kabir, 8/121, 122, no. 7498], and Abu Hurairah [Hakim, 4/114].
