Hasan. Recorded by Abu Dawud, Hudud, chapter "When one persists in drinking wine," no. 4482 (summarized), and Ibn Majah, no. 2573, from the hadith of Asim, with the same chain. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1519, as did Dhahabi in Mustadrak, 4/372. The hadith of Muhammad bin Ishaq is in Nasai in Kubra, nos. 5302, 5303, and Bayhaqi, 8/314, and it is a sahih hadith.The hadith of Zuhri is in Abu Dawud, no. 4485.
