The blood-money is the responsibility of the killer's paternal male relatives, and a woman does not inherit anything from her husband's blood-money, until Dahhak bin Sufyan al-Kilabi informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had written to him instructing that he give the wife of Ashyam al-Dibabi a share of inheritance from her husband's blood-money.

الدية على العاقلة ولا ترث المرأة من دية زوجها شيئا حتى أخبره الضحاك بن سفيان الكلابي أن رسول الله ﷺ كتب إليه أن ورث امرأة أشيم الضبابي من دية زوجها
[Sahih] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Inheritance, Chapter on a woman inheriting from her husband's blood money, no. 2927, Ibn Majah, no. 2642, and Ahmad, 3/452, from him, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this wording, and Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, no. 966. It has a corroborating narration in Tabarani, 5/276, no. 5/53, and its narrators are trustworthy.
