Abu Hurairah reported,

A man came to demand a debt from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and spoke harshly to him. His Companions were about to confront him, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Leave him, for the one with a right has the right to speak."Then he said, "Buy him a camel and give it to him."They searched for one but could only find a camel of better age than the one owed. He said, "Buy it and give it to him, for the best of you is the one who pays his debts in the best manner."Muhammad bin Bashshar narrated to us, Muhammad bin Jafar narrated to us, Shuba narrated to us from Salama bin Kuhayl something similar.
