Grading, its chain of transmission is daif. Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Trade, chapter "One who passes by people's livestock or an orchard, may he take something from it?", no. 2301, from the hadith of Yahya bin Salim Taifi with this wording, and its chain is daif.
