Tell me something you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the vessels, and explain it.He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the hantam, which is what you call the clay jar. He forbade the dubba, which is what you call the gourd. He forbade the naqir, which is the palm-trunk that people hollow out. And he forbade the muzaffat, which is the vessel coated with pitch."
أخبرنا عمرو بن يزيد قال حدثنا بهز بن أسد حدثنا شعبة قال أخبرني عمرو بن مرة قال سمعت زاذان قال سألت
حدثني بشيء سمعته من رسول الله ﷺ في الأوعية وفسره قال نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن الحنتم وهو الذي تسمونه أنتم الجرة ونهى عن الدباء وهو الذي تسمونه أنتم القرع ونهى عن النقير وهي النخلة ينقرونها ونهى عن المزفت وهو المقير
