He reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray the afternoon prayer while the sun was still high and bright, and a person could travel to al-Awali with the sun still high.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا الليث عن ابن شهاب
أنه أخبره أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي العصر والشمس مرتفعة حية ويذهب الذاهب إلى العوالي والشمس مرتفعة
