Mughira bin Shuba reported,

Two women were married to a man from Huzayl. One of them struck the other with a tent pole, causing her to miscarry. They brought their dispute before the Prophet ﷺ.They said, "How can we pay blood-money for one who never cried, never made a sound, never drank, and never ate?"The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Is this rhymed speech like the rhymed speech of the bedouins?"He then ruled that a slave be paid as compensation, to be borne by the woman's paternal relatives.
