Abu Dawud narrated it in the Diyat, chapter on retaliation for a blow and the ruler's granting retaliation against himself, hadith no. 4537, from the hadith of Jareeri, by this route, and it is in Kubra, hadith no. 6979.Abu Firas Nahdi is of unknown character, and Abu Zura did not recognize him.
