Yaala bin Umaya reported,

I went on the expedition of Tabuk with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I had hired a worker, and my worker got into a fight with another man. The other man bit him, and when my worker pulled away, the man's front tooth fell out. He came to the Prophet ﷺ and told him what had happened, but the Prophet ﷺ declared the tooth to be without compensation.

أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا سفيان عن ابن جريج عن عطاء

عن صفوان بن يعلى عن أبيه قال

غزوت مع رسول الله ﷺ في غزوة تبوك فاستأجرت أجيرا فقاتل أجيري رجلا فعض الآخر فسقطت ثنيته فأتى النبي ﷺ فذكر ذلك له فأهدره النبي ﷺ
