The Prophet ﷺ forbade the sale of habal al-habalah.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا الليث عن نافع
أن النبي ﷺ نهى عن بيع حبل الحبلة
Muslim narrated it in "the Book of Sales," in the chapter on the prohibition of selling habal al-habalah, hadith 5/1514, from Qutayba bin Saeed, with this wording. It is also in al-Kubra, hadith 6220. See also the following hadith.
