The Prophet ﷺ forbade the sale of habal al-habalah.
أخبرنا محمد بن منصور قال حدثنا سفيان عن أيوب عن سعيد بن جبير
أن النبي ﷺ نهى عن بيع حبل الحبلة
[Sahih] Ibn Majah related it in "Trade," chapter "The prohibition of buying what is in the wombs of livestock... etc.," no. 2197, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this wording. It is also found in Al-Kubra, no. 6217, and it has corroborating narrations in Bukhari and elsewhere.
