Abu Qasim ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a muhaffalah or a musarrah has the choice for three days. If he wishes, he may keep her, and if he wishes, he may return her along with a sa of dates, not of wheat."
أخبرنا محمد بن منصور قال حدثنا سفيان عن أيوب عن محمد قال سمعت
قال أبو القاسم ﷺ من ابتاع محفلة أو مصراة فهو بالخيار ثلاثة أيام إن شاء أن يمسكها أمسكها وإن شاء أن يردها ردها وصاعا من تمر لا سمراء
