While we were traveling with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ through one of the passes of al-Rawha, and the people were in a state of ihram, suddenly there was a wounded wild donkey. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Leave it alone, for the one who wounded it is about to come."Then a man from the tribe of Bahz, who was the one who had wounded the donkey, came and said, "Messenger of Allah, this donkey is yours to do with as you please."So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered Abu Bakr to distribute it among the people.
