The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Hold on to your property and do not give it as a lifetime grant. Whoever grants something to another for his lifetime, it belongs to him during his lifetime and after his death."
أخبرنا محمد بن عبد الأعلى قال حدثنا خالد عن هشام عن أبي الزبير
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال أمسكوا عليكم أموالكم ولا تعمروها فمن أعمر شيئا حياته فهو له حياته وبعد موته
