[Sahih] Reported by Abu Dawud in the Book of Business Transactions, Chapter on the Ruqba, hadith no. 3558, from the hadith of Dawud bin Abu Hind, transmitted through him. It is also found in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith no. 6570. Tirmidhi said in hadith no. 1351 that it is hasan, and it has corroborating narrations, see hadith no. 3767.
